For the procurement of goods, services, and consultancy studies, as well as for the award and performance of contracts, the Hellenic Gaming Commission (HGC) applies the provisions of Law 4412/2016 (Government Gazette A’ 147), “Public Contracts for Works, Supplies and Services (transposition of Directives 2014/24/EU and 2014/25/EU).”
Furthermore, all procedures required under Law 4013/2011 (Government Gazette A’ 204), regarding the establishment of the Hellenic Single Public Procurement Authority and the Central Electronic Public Procurement Registry (e-Procurement), as currently in force, are complied with.
