The Strategic Planning 2026-2030 was approved by decision 36/1/11.12.2025 of the HGC. It is specialized in seven Operational Axes that reflect corresponding development strategies of the HGC’s field of activity.
The six axes refer to exclusively operational actions of the Authority such as:
1. effective protection of gamblers and vulnerable groups, with particular attention to minors;
2. strengthening supervisory and control work;
3. combating illegal gambling and safeguarding the public interest;
4. supporting new investments and innovation;
5. reinforcing the regulatory compliance framework;
6. developing international relations and collaboration.
One additional axis concerns the administrative transformation of the HGC through organizational upgrading and empowering of human resources.
