The Hellenic Gaming Commission (HGC) provides information regarding its operating hours, in accordance with Article 7 of Law 5293/2026 (Government Gazette A’ 57).

Customer Service: In-person visits and public service are available on working days during the following hours: 09:00 – 15:00

Protocol and Public Reception Office:

07:30 – 15:30

Legal services: Lawyers may access HGC services during official working days and hours.

Operation during Holidays

Administrative services are not available to the public on official public holidays.
