The Strategic Plan 2026–2030 was approved by Decision No. 36/1/11.12.2025 of the HGC. It is structured into seven Operational Pillars that reflect corresponding strategic development directions within the scope of the Hellenic Gaming Commission’s activities.
Six of these axes address exclusively operational actions of the Authority, such as:
1. the effective protection of players and vulnerable groups, with particular emphasis on minors
2. Strengthening of supervisory and audit activities
3. combating illegal gambling operations and safeguarding the public interest
4. supporting new investments and innovation
5. strengthening the regulatory compliance framework
6. developing international relations and partnerships
While the seventh axis addresses the administrative transformation of HGC through organizational upgrades and the empowerment of its human resources.
