Pursuant to Decision No. 93/2/28.01.2014 (Government Gazette B’ 205), the Hellenic Gaming Commission (HGC) established the General Principles and Rules Governing the Conduct of Games of Chance through Radio, Television, and Telecommunications Media.
Under this framework, games of chance may be conducted through broadcasting and telecommunications media, provided that the provider submits to the HGC a Declaration of Acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in the aforementioned regulatory decision.
Following a review of the declaration for completeness and compliance, the HGC publishes the details of the relevant game of chance on its official website. The conduct and broadcasting of the game are permitted only after the publication of the relevant information by the HGC.
