Τhe Special Regulations  form the set of the HGC regulatory acts that apply to specific categories of gambling or supervised persons, depending on the activity they carry out. They regulate the special conditions for the organization, conduct, operation and supervision of online gambling, numerical lotteries, state lotteries, mutual horse racing betting, games with VLT-type gaming machines, land-based casinos, as well as electronic technical-amusement games.

The Special Regulations supplement the Horizontal Application Regulations, shaping the specialized regulatory framework that responds to the specific characteristics, technical requirements and specific risks of each individual category of gaming.
