The organizational structure of the Authority’s services, their responsibilities, the number of personnel by category and specialty and various related issues are determined by the decision of the HGC dated 22/13/5.6.2026 «Approval of the Organization for the Structure and Operation of Service Units of the Gaming Supervision and Control Commission (HGC) and amendment of the HGC decision 55/01/10.2024 (Government Gazette B 5589)». 
The administrative structure of the Authority is organized into Directorates, Sub-Directorates and Departments, depending on the area of responsibility they manage.
