A highly important tool for establishing fair and effective regulations is public consultations.
The HGC announces, through the «opengov» (www.opengov.gr), website, the draft of each regulatory act and the technical specifications to be adopted, inviting market stakeholders, players, as well as any interested citizens, to freely express their comments, opinions, and/or proposals thereon.
HGC has chosen to actively participate in the consultations by submitting, during their course, responses and clarifications on public comments. In this way, it encourages dialogue and demonstrates in practice to participants that their comments are carefully reviewed and taken into account.
