In accordance with the applicable legislative framework, the Hellenic Gaming Commission (HGC) is subject to parliamentary oversight and accountability1.
As part of this framework, the HGC prepares and submits an Annual Report presenting its activities, achievements, regulatory actions, supervisory work, and key developments during the preceding year.
The Annual Report is submitted to:
- The Hellenic Parliament, where it is examined by the Standing Committee on Institutions and Transparency2 .
- The Minister of National Economy and Finance, in accordance with the relevant legislative provisions 3.
