Technicians' Certification

By virtue of Resolution 115/4A/11.7.2014 (B 2045) of the HGC, titled "Regulation of matters related to the certification of Technicians of electronic amusement games and gaming machines and of VLT games and gaming machines and creation of the relevant Registers”, the conditions and the process of certification of the Technicians of electronic amusement games and gaming machines and of VLT games and gaming machines are defined. The above, upon certification, can legally perform the installation, repair, upgrading, maintenance and interference with any certified game or gaming machine.

Only technician who possess the required certification of the corresponding specialty from HGC, are allowed to install, repair, upgrade, maintain and general intervene in any certified game or gaming machine.

The technicians are certified, at their request, for the following specialties:

• Technicians in the field of Electronic amusement games (code A1).
• Technicians in the field of gaming machines of Electronic amusement games (code A2).
• Technicians in the field of games of chance (code B1).
• Technicians in the field of VLT gaming machines (code B2).
