HGC comply with the requirements of Law 4412/2016 (A 147) “Public works, procurement and service contracts (adaptation to Directives 2014/24 / EU and 2014 / 25 / EU)”, for the procurement of goods, services and studies, as well as for the drafting and execution of contracts.

Furthermore, HGC comply with the requirements of Law 4013/2011 (A 204), regarding the establishment of a single Independent Public Procurement Authority and a Central Electronic Registry for Public Procurement (e-procurement), as in force.
