Pursuant to Decision No. 93\/2\/28.01.2014 (Government Gazette B’ 205), the Hellenic Gaming Commission (HGC) established the General Principles and Rules Governing the Conduct of Games of Chance through Radio, Television, and Telecommunications Media.<\/p>\n

Under this framework, games of chance may be conducted through broadcasting and telecommunications media, provided that the provider submits to the HGC a Declaration of Acceptance<\/strong> of the terms and conditions set out in the aforementioned regulatory decision.<\/p>\n

Following a review of the declaration for completeness and compliance, the HGC publishes the details of the relevant game of chance on its official website.
