Among the most significant games offered under the exclusive rights regime are the \u201c<strong>KINO\u201d<\/strong> number lottery, the \u201c<strong>PAME STOICHIMA\u201d<\/strong> fixed-odds betting game, \u201c<strong>Video Lottery Terminals (VLTs)\u201d<\/strong>, the \u201c<strong>JOKER\u201d<\/strong> number lottery, and the \u201c<strong>Eurojackpot\u201d <\/strong>transnational European number lottery .<\/p>\n<p>The State Lotteries are operated by <strong>Hellenic Lotteries S.A.<\/strong>, a company of the OPAP Group. Operations commenced on <strong>1 May 2014<\/strong>, following the award of the concession. On the same date, the <strong>Instant State Lottery<\/strong> was relaunched under the commercial name <strong>SCRATCH<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In <strong>2013<\/strong>, the Hellenic Republic initiated the process for granting the exclusive right to organise and operate <strong>pari-mutuel horse race betting<\/strong>, which had previously been conducted by the <strong>Horse Race Organisation S.A. (ODIE)<\/strong> since 1968.<\/p>\n<p>On <strong>24 April 2015<\/strong>, a 20-year concession agreement was signed between the <strong>Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF)<\/strong> and <strong>Horse Races S.A.<\/strong>, a company of the OPAP Group.
