administrator. The application must be signed by the legal representative of the entity and accompanied by the relevant supporting documentation.<\/p>\n<p>The removal request must include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>valid documentation proving the authority of the legal representative to act on behalf of the applicant;<\/li>\n<li>documents describing the corporate structure of the website owner;<\/li>\n<li>where the website is managed by another company, documents describing the corporate structure of the management company;<\/li>\n<li>evidence demonstrating ownership of the website(s) for which removal is requested;<\/li>\n<li>details of any other websites owned by the same legal entity that are also included in the Blacklist; and<\/li>\n<li>a comprehensive list of all websites owned, managed, or operated by the legal entity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All submitted documents should be clearly referenced and included as attachments to the application.<\/p>\n<p>Applicants should note that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>access from Greek IP addresses must be fully blocked for <strong>all gaming websites owned, managed, or controlled by the legal entity<\/strong>, regardless of whether users can create player accounts or engage in gaming activities;<\/li>\n<li>a gaming website may be included in the Blacklist simply because it remains accessible from Greece without the required licence; and<\/li>\n<li>the HGC may request additional information or documentation where necessary to assess the application.<\/li>\n<li>Documents issued in a foreign language must be submitted as certified copies and be accompanied by an <strong>official Greek translation<\/strong>.
