(Point (ist) of Article 25 of Law 4002\/2011, Government Gazette A&#8217; 180)<\/p><p>For land-based casino gaming only, an exclusion declaration may also be submitted by any first-degree relative (children or parents) or by the player&#8217;s spouse.
