The Plan provides a structured framework for the development of the Authority and supports the effective fulfilment of its regulatory, supervisory, and social mission.<br \/>The Strategic Plan is organised around <strong>seven Strategic Axes<\/strong>, each reflecting a key area of activity and development for the HGC.<br \/>Six of these axes focus on the Authority&#8217;s core regulatory and operational responsibilities:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Enhancing the protection of players and vulnerable groups<\/strong>, with particular emphasis on the protection of minors.<\/li><li><strong>Strengthening supervisory and enforcement activities<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Combating illegal gambling and safeguarding the public interest<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Supporting investment, innovation.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Strengthening the regulatory compliance framework<\/strong> and promoting high standards of governance and integrity.<\/li><li><strong>Enhancing international cooperation and partnerships<\/strong> with regulatory authorities, international organisations, and other stakeholders.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>The seventh Strategic Axis focuses on the <strong>administrative transformation of the HGC<\/strong>, aiming to enhance the Authority&#8217;s effectiveness, efficiency, and institutional capacity through:<\/p><ul><li>Organisational modernisation and continuous improvement.<\/li><li>Strengthening human resources and professional
