Embedding and strengthening these values is a continuous commitment that shapes our culture, decisions, and day-to-day operations.<br \/>The HGC is committed to the following core values, which reflect the principles underpinning its operating philosophy and which all employees are expected to uphold:<br \/><strong>Respect and Integrity<\/strong><br \/>Transparent, ethical and equitable conduct in day-to-day administrative practice in dealings with all parties involved in the performance of the HGC&#8217;s activities and duties<br \/><strong>Credibility, Transparency, and Accountability<\/strong><br \/>Provision of reliable services; accuracy of the information provided; adherence to schedules and deadlines; continuous performance monitoring; dissemination of results; participatory decision-making processes; stakeholder consultation; reasoned justification of actions and initiatives; oversight; and accountability.<br \/><strong>Social Responsibility and Empathy<\/strong><br \/>An outward-looking approach with particular emphasis on minors, young people, and vulnerable social groups, aimed at preventing gambling addiction and mitigating the risks associated with participation in gambling activities, as well as protecting society from illegal gambling operations and the unlawful promotion of games of chance.
