Implementing and consolidating these values is an ongoing effort. The HGC declares and commits itself to the following values, which summarise the characteristics of its operating philosophy and which all those who work for it must serve:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2192 Respect and Integrity<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Transparent, fair and equitable conduct in day-to-day administrative practice with all parties involved in the exercise of the activities and tasks of the HGC.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">\u2192\u00a0<\/span><strong>Credibility, Transparency and Accountability<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u03a0Reliable service delivery, accuracy of data, respect of timetables and deadlines, continuous measurement, dissemination of results, participatory decision-making, consultation, justification of actions and initiatives, monitoring and accountability.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">\u2192\u00a0<\/span><strong>Social Responsibility and Empathy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Extroversion with a focus on minors, young people and vulnerable social groups, to combat gambling addiction and the risks associated with participation in gambling and to protect society as a whole from illegal gambling networks.
